The match of the 16th round of the French League 1 Monaco - PSG, scheduled for the first weekend, was postponed to the 18th through the French Super Cup. The official website of League 1 informs about this.
“At a meeting on Monday, the 18th of November, the board of directors made changes to the schedule of the 16th round of League 1.
In connection with the organization of the match for the French Super Cup, between Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain, it was initially scheduled for the weekend of 4-5 June 2025, rescheduled to Wednesday, 18 June 2024,” the statement reads..
PSG currently sits first in the Ligue 1 standings. Luis Enirke's team scored 29 points after 11 rounds played. In its turn, Monaco moves to another junction, gaining 23 points.
It was previously reported that the match for the French Super Cup would take place on Friday in Qatar.
