The company, which specializes in the purchase and sale of football clubs, has compiled a profile of the “Kazhans” and stated that Lem is ready to sell the team after ten years of service in Mestalla.
There is also a consensus that the Singaporean is asking for the Spanish La Liga club - 350-400 million euros.
The profile also talks about the need to invest close to 150 million euros to complete the reconstruction of the stadium, and those that Lim invested 290 million euros in the club per hour of his stay at Vlasnik Posad. The same club is worth 340 million euros.
In addition, it is understood that 15 out of 25 team members will be out of contract for the next two years, which will also benefit from investment.
