Pogba's disqualification for violating anti-doping rules was shortened to 18 months

Already in 2025, the Frenchman may turn to training with Juventus.

Following a successful appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the disqualification of Juventus center Paul Pogba was reduced from four to 18 months, Sky Sports reports..

In the spring of 2023, the 31-year-old Frenchman was found guilty of failing a doping test after the match against Udinese in Serie A. Punishment, having rejected the bitter 2024.



Pogba filed an appeal in court, and later declared that he would fight “this injustice”. Finally, in the spring, information appeared about those in Juventus who would consider terminating the contract with the senior manager.

The short term of disqualification can be changed, and even now the Frenchman can start training with the Bianconeri, so that his return to the field in such a situation will not occur before the end of the week.

In the 2023/24 season, Pogba took part in two Juventus matches, winning over 52 matches.
