A team of referees has been appointed for the opening round of the UPL season 2024/25.

The Ukrainian Football Association on its official website announced the recognition of referees for the matches of the opening round of the UPL for the 2024/25 season.

One of the main teams in the tour between Poltava Vorskla and Donetsk Shakhtar will be served by Mikola Balakin, and Oleksiy Derevinsky will assist with the VAR system.

UPL. 1st round 3rd sickle 15:30 Veres – Karpaty. Referee – Andriy Kovalenko (Poltava); VAR – Oleksandr Omelchenko (Slov’yansk).

18:00 Krivbas – Chornomorets. Referee – Maxim Koziryatsky (Zaporizhzhya); VAR – Igor Paschal (Kherson).

4 serpnya 13:00 LNZ – Left Bank. Referee – Dmytro Kubriak (Odessa); VAR – Anastasia Romanyuk (Ivano-Frankivsk).

15:30 Obolon – Kolos. Referee – Vitaly Romanov (Dnipro), VAR – Dmytro Panchyshyn (Kharkiv).

15:30 Vorskla – Shakhtar. Referee – Mikola Balakin (Kiev region); VAR – Oleksiy Derevinsky (Khmelnitsky).

18:00 Zorya – Ingulets. Referee – Mikhailo Raida (Transcarpathian region); VAR – Volodymyr Novokhatniy (Cherkasy).

It is also possible that two more matches - Oleksandriya - Dynamo Kiev and Rukh - Polissia, were postponed through the participation of clubs in European cups and the victory of the Gravets to the Olympic team of Ukraine.
