Mallorca announced on its official website about the departure of head coach Javier Aggire after the end of the current season.
The parties decided not to continue the contract, regardless of the fact that the team retained its registration in the elite division of the Spanish Championship.
The 65-year-old Mexican has loved Mallorca since February 2022. Their achievements were the ninth place in La Lisa last season and the final of the Spanish Cup in this campaign, Mallorca lost to Athletic in a penalty shootout.
Aguire will play his last match with Mallorca against Getafe. We'll be back on May 26th.
