The Greek is planning to quit football.
Betis manager Socrates Papastathopoulos announced the end of his playing career at the end of the season.
The 35-year-old defender will play the remaining matches for Betis in the 37th round of La Liga against Real Sociedad and in the 38th round against Real Madrid.
Contract between Socrates and Betis insurance until 2024.
The Greek joined the Spanish club of the past. This season he played 13 matches.
