All matches of the 7th round of the other part of the season in another division of Ukraine have ended.

As part of this round of the other part of the 2023/24 season in the Ukrainian First League, six matches were played on Saturday, May 4th.

The championship group Epicenter has lost its chances of participating in the playoffs for promotion to the UPL for the coming season, having returned home to Poltava.
