The Blues report that they are working to maximize revenue from the sale of this year's cars in order to comply with Premier League financial rules. Chelsea want to cancel compensation for Lukaku's transfer and avoid having to pay his salary.

Initially, the Londoners asked for 60 million euros for the Gravian's transfer to the Saudi League, but they might be willing to let him go for about 40 million.

Romelu will spend the current season with Roma as a renter.
