Previously, British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe officially completed the acquisition of a 27.7% stake in the Manchester United football club.

The main competitor of the British for the purchase of shares of the “red devils” was the Qatari sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, but the Qatari side was unable to provide evidence of the existence of the funds.
