The general director of the Slovak club made a statement regarding the scandalous “friendly” match in Qatar with a representative of the aggressor country.
Earlier it became known that Slovan Bratislava, as part of preparations for the next part of the season in Qatar, was playing a “friendly” match with Dynamo Moscow (1:2), which is owned by the Russian sovereign bank VTB (60.9% of shares).
The Slovak club sacrificed to the Russian club, and the only goal for Slovan was scored by the Georgian ex-halfback of the Kiev Arsenal, Dnipro and Krivorizky Krivbas Jaba Kankava, who has repeatedly publicly expressed support for Ukraine in the fight against the aggression of the Russian occupiers, but still taking part in sparring with the Muscovites.
Through the media voice, Slovan General Director Ivan Kmotrik Jr. is planning to make an official statement before the match with Dynamo Moscow has been played..
“We are protected from claims and comments since we have little intention of legitimizing the military conflict by holding this friendly match in Qatar. We are against any kind of war and we are afraid of the negative influence that will prevail over the remaining two days.

Grafobal Group, after the start of the war, managed 70 Ukrainians, ensured their accommodation and more than half of them will continue to work.
The GGT company donated humanitarian aid to Ukraine in the amount of over 100 thousand euros. For refugees before the war, we ensured a nutritional regime at the border with mineral water " In contrast to critics and those who judge us, we really do help.
