The Scottish club has reduced fines for the behavior of fans in the stands at Celtic Park stadium.

The Council of European Football Associations (UEFA) fined the Scottish Celtic for bags in the match of the third round of the group stage of the UEFA Champions League against Atletico Madrid (2:2). Journalist Simon Stone reports on this.

“Celties” were fined 17,500 euros for “provoking an image of an outrageous character,” and for the appearance of Palestinian flags in the stands during the hour of the European Cup match.

In addition, Celtic fined 3,500 euros for violating fireworks and 8,000 euros for blocking passages in the stadium by fans.

It is significant that the protests of the Ukrainian authorities are permissible in stadiums, unless they are associated with terrorist or other military groups.
