However, it means that the punishment of the legendary midfielder is only within the Netherlands, where the terms of reference cannot take any football positions.

This means that Marc Overmars can continue his work as the technical director of the Belgian Antwerp, who is the rival of the Donetsk Shakhtar in the group stage of the Champions League 2023/24.

The threat that Overmars' work will be separated between the Netherlands will only appear in the event that the Dutch Football Association transfers decisions on this matter to FIFA, and there, at its own level, decides to take this decision under its jurisdiction.
