The captain of the Poltava team shared his thoughts on recovery after injury.
Volodymyr Chesnakov, captain and captain of Poltava Vorskla, commented on his recovery after injury.
" I think I’ll practice individually for a couple more days and then I’ll start studying with a hidden group.
People in the hall are praising themselves. Football players understand that it is not only necessary to work on the field, but also in the hall, they need to develop in every way. At the same time, such directions as the gym, fitness, crossfit go shoulder-to-shoulder with football. It’s good that there are a lot of people walking to the bay and it’s developing.
You are right in saying that you need to practice a lot. Zala is one of these straight lines, where you need to practice a lot.
The football field is where children are forced to completely screw up their work in order to develop what is needed in other areas, in the gym, fitness, etc.. With my butt I show young people that they need to consistently work on themselves in order to achieve high results,” said Chesnakov.
This season Chesnakov has had several fights, in which they were not productive.
Vorskla will play its closest match against Poliss. The match will take place tomorrow, October 22nd, at 15:00 Kyiv time.
