The opening match of the 1/8 finals of the Ukrainian Cup will feature two stable middle teams of the Ukrainian Premier League - Lvivsky Rukh and Oleksandriya.

For Oleksandriya, the game will start at the Ukrainian Cup, in which a maximum of two days reached the semi-finals - this was the case in the 2015/16 and 2020/21 seasons. The 1/8 final stage was passed by the “city people” five times – whichever was the sixth – great nutrition.

Oleksandriya had a bad start to the season in the UPL, but after the first rounds she began to noticeably miss both the game and the results. In the remaining six matches, Ruslan Rotan’s team lost four times and drew two.

In the end of the game, there was a heavy defeat against Chornomorets (1:5), which practically ended the fight between the club and the head coach, and for some reason, the assistants warned Rotan to forfeit and try to rectify the situation. Rotan's lava isn't big enough to try anything new, but the Viconavians seem to be unable to give the required picture. If Oleksandriya continues to slide down, then after all, we will never need another coaching assignment - this is what happened to LNZ, they themselves hired a coach after failing to qualify for the Ukrainian Cup.
