Brighton central brewer Moises Caicedo continues to be one of London Chelsea's top goals in the summer transfer window.
As journalist Fabrizio Romano says, the “blues” are still working on the potential transfer of the 21-river Ecuadorian, with which it is practically possible to get a special contract.
It is argued that the transfer to Chelsea is no longer a priority for Caicedo himself, but Brighton and Londoners have not yet had any official proposition.
The reason seems to be that Chelsea are still busy with numerical sales, including Kai Havertz to Arsenal, Matteo Kovacic to Manchester City and transfers to clubs in Saudi Arabia.
