PFL also gave membership to new clubs of the Other League - Druzhba (Mirivka), Skele 1911 (Striy), Lokomotiv (Kyiv), FC Kudrivka and YUKSA (Tarasivka).
The same status has been achieved by the clubs that have played from the UPL - Metalist, Ingulets ta Lviv, which do not see the start of the new season.
It is a pity that a few clubs did not apply for the continuation of the team participation in the 2023/24 season, which affected their status as members of the PFL. Nikopol, MSC Dnipro, Olympik, Vovchansk and Volyn have gone to this list.
Uzhgorod, Kramatorsk, Skoruk, Lviv and VPK-Agro continued to be members of the PFL from the First League. At Another Lіzі - AFSK Kiev, Balkan, Karpaty Galich, Lubomir, MFC Mykolaiv, FC Sumi, MFA Munkach, Krystal, Energy and Tavriya.
