Ghent made it to the 1/8 finals of the Belgian Cup thanks to a crushing victory over Oir Tongeren, who plays in the Second Amateur Football Division (the fourth largest).

“Buffaloes” sent five unanswered goals into the goal, one of which was created by midfielder Roman Bezus.

The Ukrainian came on as a substitute in the first half, after which he scored a goal in the 33rd minute of the meeting. This goal was the second for Ghent in this game, and for Bezus himself - his debut this season in all tournaments.
