Former forward of Chernomorets Alexey Antonov will start a coaching career in Odessa.

The 34-year-old pupil of the Dnieper played for the Dnieper-2, Kuban, Metalist, Zarya, Illichivets, Dnipro, Krivbass, Aktobe, Gabala, Dirmot and Ventspils. In the seasons 2013/14 and 2017/18 Antonov defended the colors of Chornomorets (50 matches in all tournaments, 15 goals).

After 19 rounds, Chernomorets takes 10th place in the First League championship (22 points), 15 points behind the playoff zone for reaching the Premier League and 11 points ahead of the relegation zone.
