UEFA has allocated 236.5 million euros to help its 55 members cope with the difficulties caused by coronavirus, the official website of the organization.
Each national association will receive 4.3 million euros. Among them - the Ukrainian Football Association. Funds will be paid at the end of this season and next.
Money will be allocated by the hat-trick foundation founded by UEFA. Usually the funds from it go to the development of selected areas of football, but in this case, UEFA gave associations the right to choose for themselves how to manage this money in light of the negative impact of coronavirus on football at all levels.
The UAF will also receive 500 thousand dollars from FIFA, which helps 211 members to deal with the consequences of the pandemic.
