FC Copenhagen conducts group exercises that exclude contact between football players.
After the first match of the 1/8 finals of the Europa League in Istanbul against Bashaksehir (1: 0), Copenhagen did not conduct general training, however, the players were allowed to gather several people in city parks and, following all the recommendations of the health authorities, keep fit.
In connection with the improvement of the weather in Denmark, the number of visitors to the parks increased, and the club management decided to stop classes in public places, having developed clear and fairly tough recommendations for training, starting March 23.
The main points of the program are the following: 1) players can meet in groups of no more than five people every other day; 2) 1-2 coaches work with each group in specially designated and isolated from extraneous places;
3) players change clothes for classes at home and then immediately go home; 4) during classes, players and coaches do not approach each other closer than 2 meters; 5) if exercises with balls are carried out, touching them with hands is prohibited.
The team will switch to training in normal mode after the appropriate permission of the health authorities.
