Safronov has been a member of the Dnieper-1 since 2017, moving from the Dnieper. This season, a 20-year-old player has had 12 fights in a yellow-black t-shirt.
As part of Levadia, Safronov will perform together with Ukrainians Yuri Tkachuk, Igor Zhurakhovsky and Zurab Ochigava. Last season, the club became the vice champion of Estonia.
