Recall that the Hungarian defender was disqualified for three matches for spitting in the direction of the judge Anatoly Abdullah.

Kadar shared an appeal to the FTC FSC in his Instagram.

"Dear members of the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Football Federation of Ukraine, I want to express my sincere respect and support in the difficult field of football justice. I am well aware of the complexity and ambiguity of the circumstances in which you are forced to do your good deeds.. However, I consider it my duty to draw your attention to the injustice that, in my opinion, took place.

On Thursday, October 23, the FTC ruled against me - a three-match disqualification for “spitting in the direction of an official / representative”. For me it was very sad and strange that no one thought it necessary to listen to my point of view regarding the incident..

Moreover, the suspension was rendered on the day of the most important and complex match of the Europa League Rennes - Dynamo. Believe me, as a professional football player, such things very seriously affect the psyche and prevent you from focusing on the match.. Whereas, I think, the successful performance of Ukrainian teams in European competitions should be our common priority..

I dare say that in my rather long and diverse professional career I have always strived to meet high sporting ideals and not to allow the slightest manifestation of unsportsmanlike behavior.. My performances in Ukraine confirm this.. The same thing happened in this episode, where we are talking exclusively about the manifestation of the physiological function of the body, and not about a malicious and demonstrative act, which is intended to offend the referee.

In my opinion, one should distinguish between "spitting in the direction of the judge" and spitting at the judge ". The fact is that the players are forced to spit out their saliva, which accumulates in the mouth, and if desired, any action of this kind can be interpreted as "in the direction of the referee"! One of the three judges, not to mention the opponent, necessarily falls into the area of ??spitting direction and thus provides a wide field for interpreting this action.. In this case, there was a distance of several meters between me and the judge, and in addition, the judge departed. I think that in this case it is inappropriate to talk about intentional and all the more purposeful spitting. Ready to review the recording of any football match with members of the FTC, and point out the moments of the usual, undisputed saliva secretions, which quite often fall in the television broadcasts and technical videos.

In my case, the sanction was determined in the framework of Annex 5 of the Disciplinary Regulations of the FFU, for which I cannot but feel the deep and sincere gratitude of the FTC.. However, there are some doubts about the precedent created during the current season.. When my colleague, player Shakhtar Ismaily, was accused of “aggressive behavior during a match,” the FTC, while removing it below the lower limit (for 2 matches, while the said document provides for 3 or more matches), took into account the football factor and, In my opinion, the most correct factor is the desire that the strongest teams of the country conduct face-to-face matches in the strongest teams.. Unfortunately, this meritorious logic was not applied in my case; Moreover, my club Dynamo Kiev was deprived of the right to appeal.

With this document, I appeal to the FDC honorary members with a kind request to consider the opportunity to invite me to your meeting, to listen to my point of view on this situation and, in good faith, to reconsider my decision on disqualification and its duration.

Taking this opportunity, I want to apologize to one of the most experienced judges in Ukraine, Anatoly Abdullah, and assure him that I didn’t have the slightest intention to somehow insult him ".
