- Vladimir Ivanovich, are you satisfied with how your team performed in the Euro 2019 qualification?.

- First of all I want to thank the Football Federation of Ukraine for the good conditions for fruitful work and the selection of high-quality rivals for control fights. Together with the guys we spent almost a year and a half. Last year to some extent can be called breeding, we looked closely at the players, tried to select the best at this age. I can only say thanks to the players who have done their best during this time to understand the requirements and ideas proposed by our coaching staff.. Performance in the qualification of the European Championship, where there was a completely different responsibility, became a kind of litmus test of our teamwork. And my students passed this exam perfectly.. We do everything to ensure that the team not only plays for the result, but also demonstrates quality football..

Some of our players are already involved in U-19 teams, so we want the players to progress further, and we will only help them in this..

- For family reasons, you did not attend Euro qualification matches. How did you keep in touch with the team?.

- We have so well established work with my assistants, who were inside the team, did not have to once again interfere in their actions. They are great. We set the goal to win the group, and we managed to do it..

- Do you already have leaders in your team?.

- Ukraine has enough promising football players. But now players are at an age when there is a stir among them around the agents, so it’s very important who they work with. Guys have to go the right way. Not all talented footballers become high-level masters.. They are volitional people with character.

- Is it planned to have a meeting or a meeting for the elite round matches to be held in March 2019?.

- We already have plans for this..

We want to gather for three or four days in late January - early February to play sparring, and in early March to go to a tournament in Israel or Turkey (now waiting for confirmation from these associations).
