The General Director of Metalist-1925 Vladimir Linke dismissed the head coach of Sergei Valyaev from work.

This decision was justified by Valyaev's disparity in ethical and professional qualities, disregard for the honor and dignity of football players and club employees.

"As the general director of the club, I take full responsibility for my recommendation of Sergei Valyaev and his appointment as head coach of our club," said Linke.

"This is my personal mistake, because I could not imagine that a measured, calm and tolerant person who worked well in our team Metalist Junior, having received all the powers and authority of the leader, will turn into a rude, inconsistent, unsystematic person".

"On all the desires of Sergei Valyaev our club was properly responded, despite the substantial expenses, and did everything to ensure its comfortable work. Unfortunately, Sergei Valyaev turned to intrigues, conflicts with almost all employees, the creation of various groups in the command environment, disregard for veterans and leading players, insults and groundless accusations, especially those who made a personal significant contribution to the creation of the team and its victorious move.
