The captain of the Romans, Daniele De Rossi, is negotiating a new contract.

The current agreement between the Italian midfielder and Roma is calculated until the end of this season, while Daniele is ready to defend the colors of his native club.

As reported by Sport Mediaset, De Rossi agrees to make a substantial cut in wages in order to sign a new contract with the Jalolorussi. According to the publication, Daniele agrees to receive 1.5 million euros, which is half of his current salary, in order to conclude an agreement until 2020.

De Rossi spent his entire career in Rome. On his account, 594 matches for the Roman club, in which he scored 61 goals.
