In August 2017, as a result of an accident involving the President of the Carpathians, Pyotr Dymynsky, a 31-year-old woman driver died. Head of the National Police Sergey Knyazev reported on the sending of criminal proceedings to the court regarding some participants who provided false testimony.

"The investigation completed an investigation into three participants of this event. They were declared suspicious, sent the proceedings to court - on false evidence.

Some participants of this traffic accident concealed the truth from the investigation. As for the fourth person - the investigation ends, the case will be sent to the court - also for false testimony, "said Knyazev.

"The fifth participant (Pyotr Dyminsky,. ) of the incident, which according to the investigation is the main culprit of the accident, is put on the wanted list and is now outside the state ".

Dyminsky flew to Geneva immediately after the accident and still did not return to Ukraine.
