West Ham announced the purchase of Arsenal striker Lucas Perez. The contract with the Spaniard is designed for three years.

Perez was the eighth freshman of West Ham this summer. Earlier the club was joined by Ryan Frederiks, Lukasz Fabiansky, Issa Diop, Jack Wilshere, Andrei Yarmolenko, Fabian Balbuena and Felipe Anderson.

"I'm very happy to be in a club with such a history. West Ham has given me the chance to stay in the Premier League, and I'm happy to be part of this project, "said Lucas.

"West Ham has great fans and a great stadium, so I'm very happy to be in this club. I'm full of motivation ".

Lucas is known to Ukrainian fans on performances for the Carpathians and Dynamo from January 2011 to July 2013.
