Real agreed to purchase Chelsea goalkeeper Ticko Courtois, said the official website of "Blancos".

On Thursday, August 9, the 26-year-old Belgian will undergo a medical examination, after which he will sign a six-year contract.

Clubs do not disclose the transfer amount, but, according to the authoritative Belgian edition of HLN, it will be 35 million pounds.

Courtois moved to Chelsea from Genk in the summer of 2011 for nine million euros, after which he immediately joined on loan to Atletico. In the "mattress" Tibo played three seasons, winning with them La Liga, the Cup of Spain, the League of Europe, the UEFA Super Cup and playing in the Champions League final.

Before the start of the 2014/15 season, Courtois returned to Chelsea, where he became the main goalkeeper.

Since then, he spent behind the "blue" 154 games in which he missed 152 goals and kept his goal "dry" 58 times.

Together with the London club Courtois twice won the Premier League, as well as once the FA Cup and the League Cup.
