Blackburn has signed a four-year contract with England striker Adam Armstrong - said the official website of the club.
The 21-year-old striker has already competed for Blackburn on loan from Newcastle from January this year, and now the Magpies agreed to release Armstrong, who played 21 matches, scored 9 goals and helped the "red roses" return to the Championship, on an ongoing basis.
For five seasons, Adam, who debuted in the Premier League at 16, belonged to Newcastle, he played for just forty-one matches in all tournaments (0 goals), while he went to Coventry (40 matches, 20 heads), Barnsley (35, 6) and Bolton (23, 3).
