Brazilian defender Leandro Castan left Roma as a free agent.
Roma has undermined the contract with the central defender Leandro Kastan by mutual consent of the parties, the official website of "jallorossi".
The Brazilian moved to Roma in the summer of 2012 from Corinthians for 5.5 million euros.
Kastan's career in the Roman club started well, but in 2014 he was diagnosed with a brain tumor.
In December of the same year, he successfully transferred the operation, and returned to training before the start of the 2015/16 season. Since then, Leandro was rented to Sampdoria, Torino and Cagliari.
In total for Roma, the 31-year-old defender held 81 games in which he scored one goal, gave one assists, received 17 yellow and one red card.
