French midfielder Paul Pogba complained that fans often criticize his appearance.
This year, Pogba became world champion by winning the French national team's uniform. During the 2018 World Cup, Paul was unaccustomed to changing one extravagant hairstyle after another, and during the whole tournament he wore one rather conservative haircut.
As the player admitted himself, he had a definite reason for this.
"At the World Cup I did not change my hair, because I wanted to calmly concentrate on my game, and not on the exterior".
"In this case, if I was criticized, it was for my game, not for my appearance," Pogba wrote in his Intsagram.
Note that Paul is often criticized for his defiant style. For example, before the start of the World Cup 2018 head coach of Denmark Oge Hareide said that Pogba thinks only of his own hairstyles.
