The Sports Arbitration Court concluded that the disqualification of Jerome Valque for ten years is commensurate with his violations.
Walcke worked as secretary general of FIFA for 8 years during the presidency of Sepp Blatter, but was removed from office in 2016.
Initially, he received a disqualification for 12 years, but later managed to appeal her to FIFA, which shortened the period to 10 years.
Jerome did not stop there and in October appealed to the Sports Arbitration Court in Lausanne, but he eventually did not take his side.
"Jerome Valke was put forward serious charges, which are fully proportionate to the punishment he received," says CAS.
The court also ordered Walke to pay 100,000 Swiss francs (about 86,000 euros) in fine.
Valke denies any violations.
