Before their first match in the new season, the "miners" received medals for the past championship.

Today, July 23, in the Football House, the Miner was awarded the gold medals of the champions of Ukraine in football of the 2017/18 season.

The event was attended by the first team of Shakhtar, the coaching staff headed by Paul Fonseca, the club's general director Sergei Palkin, and the president of the FFU Andrei Pavelko.

On Saturday, Shakhtar lost the chance to win another trophy, losing Dynamo in the final of the Super Cup of Ukraine with a score of 0: 1.

His debut match in this season, the UPL "miners" will be held on July 25 against the Desna.
