Former owner of Milan Yonhon Lee is accused of hiding the true state of his financial affairs.

Yonhonu Lee, who acquired Milan from Silvio Berlusconi in 2017 with a loan from Elliott Management, faces a lawsuit on charges of fraud.

According to Corriere della Sera, in China there is a trial in the bankruptcy court, whose defendant is Lee, while the former owner of Milan, who failed (which is not surprising in this situation) to find 32 million euros to pay the current debt service payment to Elliott Management, continued to publicly assure everyone that he is able to pay the debt in full.

This behavior led to the fact that UEFA removed Milan from European competition, and only in the Sports Arbitration Court in Lausanne "devils", the management of which passed to Elliott Management, managed to achieve the reversal of this verdict.

The Italian financial police have already begun to investigate the situation.
