The Sports Arbitration Court in Lausanne canceled the decision to remove Milan from the European Cups and ordered UEFA to submit for review data on the compliance of financial fair play accounts of Inter, PSG and Manchester City.

The appeal of Milan over the removal of the club from participation in the European League is satisfied with the sports arbitration in Lausanne. Thus, the "Rossoneri" will be able to perform in LE-2018/2019.

In this case, the lawyers of the "devils", as La Reppublica reported, asked Lausanne to consider the financial data submitted to UEFA by Inter, PSG and Manchester City. Lawyers of the Rossoneri believe that officials of the European Football Union reacted to Milan more than to the above-mentioned trinity. The court account for this request is legitimate and obliged UEFA to provide relevant information.

The UEFA Committee on the FPP has already commented on the situation, saying that the violation of the rules of the financial fair play is only part of the claims against Milan, which led to the suspension of the seven-time winner of the Cup / Champions League from European competition.

The Italian media considered the main "sin" of the "devils" that their former host, Yonhon Li, was questioning UEFA about his ability to manage the club. However, now the affairs of the "Rossoneri" is managed by the American company Elliott Management, with which Lee was unable to pay in time for the loan taken with the purchase of Milan.
