The head coach of Liverpool Jurgen Klopp commented on the signing of the club goalkeeper Alisson Becker.

As it became known, the Brazilian goalkeeper became a player of the "red" for a record for the transfer goalkeeper 72.5 million euros.

Liverpool head coach Juergen Klopp explained why the club did not hesitate to spend on Alisson such a sum.

"We have been negotiating over the past few days".

"Liverpool signed Alisson not for a beautiful appearance and not because he's a cool guy, fluent in English. We signed it, because he is a world-class goalkeeper ".

"We are really happy that the club has given us the opportunity to make this transfer," said Klopp.

Earlier, Jurgen said that he could hardly persuade midfielder Jordan Henderson to go on vacation.
