Ramon Calderon is sure that Real sold nothing to Cristiano Ronaldo.

Cristiano Ronaldo went to Juventus for 100 million euros after nine years in Real Madrid. Former president of the Madrid club Ramon Calderon criticized the current leadership on this issue.

"It was an unforgivable mistake on the part of Real, which the club bitterly regret," - said Calderon La Gazzetta dello Sport.

"People talk about Kilian Mbagpe or Neimar, but they are very far down to the level of Cristiano. Nine years ago this was a historic purchase and a 1 billion euro clausula showed that it was not for sale ".

It was reported that Ronaldo wanted to leave because of the deteriorating relationship with the current club president Florentino Perez.

"Perez will pay for this error. Cristiano is number one, so the damage is huge. Cristiano refused the improved contract offered to him by Perez. The reasons for leaving were emotional, but it's a great deal for Juve ".

"I think that next year at this time in the trophy cabinet Ronaldo will be new prizes, and it is possible that the Champions League".

"The cost of Ronaldo's transfer is not too long, but they will be covered by sponsors and advertising money. I would put Ronaldo on the same level as Alfredo Di Stefano, Pele and Johan Cruyff ".

Ronaldo scored 450 goals in 438 games for Real Madrid and is the best scorer in the history of the Madrid club.
