Air Force expert Cesc Fabregas does not hurry too much to extol Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo leads the bombing race at the 2018 World Cup - he scored four goals in two games.

"The role of Ronaldo in the Portuguese national team is very different. Basically, he remains ahead and does not often run through the whole field, "Cesc wrote in his column in the Air Force.

"He is one of the main stars of this World Cup. He had a good start in terms of goals - four so far ".

"Yes, Ronaldo plays well.

But if you look closely at what he did, he scored with a free kick, with a penalty and after a corner. And one more goal by the blow with which David De Gea had to cope ".

"It can not be said that Portugal arranged excellent combinations or used tiki-taku to score beautiful goals".

"Of course, Cristiano needs to be given credit, but his goals happened after the standards, penalties or mistakes".

In the next round, Portugal will play against Iran, and Spain, to which Ronaldo scored three goals, will meet with Morocco.
