Anyone could attend the event, and there were quite a few of them - all the seats in the hall were occupied. During an hour and a half conversation Paulo Fonseca told us what way Portuguese football has overcome before reaching the current high level, detailed on how the work is organized to educate young football players and coaches, what role in this process is given to the state and clubs.

- Once in Portugal they realized that if it's impossible to buy high-quality football players, then we should educate good players and coaches. It happened 15-20 years ago. Then in the country began to build a huge number of fields and sports complexes for children, began to train dozens of young mentors. All this gives results today: we have a strong championship, the best team in Europe, and our players and coaches - in the world's top clubs. I am sure that Ukraine has the necessary potential and opportunities to come to this. There are many talented players here, and people like football very much, - noted Paulo Fonseca.

Shakhtar's head coach also talked about his professional career, and during the dialogue with the audience, various topics were touched upon: from the upcoming Champions League final to the need for a video replay system. By the way, the last idea was supported by Paulo. Finish the meeting did not want neither Fonseca nor those present, but the format required to invest in the allotted time.
