The executive secretary of the FCU FFU, Igor Grischenko, explained why Shakhtar striker Olarenvazhu Kayode got disqualified for one, not three matches.

The Control and Disciplinary Committee of the FFU suspended for one match striker Shakhtar Olarenvazhu Kayode for a blow to the head of Dynamo Artem Shabanov, and two more match of disqualification are conditional.

"First FDC FDC considered this episode as aggressive behavior, which provides for the disqualification of three matches," - noted the executive secretary of the FFC FCHU Igor Grischenko.

"Then, having received additional explanations from the Committee of Arbitrators, it was decided that, firstly, the corresponding actions of Kayode were provoked by the actions of football player Dynamo Shabanov. Secondly, the fall of the football player of Kiev was slightly larger than the force that the player of Shakhtar used to him ".

"Given all these mitigating circumstances, the sanction of" one plus two matches "was applied, and not the maximum in the form of three games".

If within four months the Nigerian again commits a misdemeanor, a conditional disqualification for two fights will turn into a real one.

In the current season, Kayode has played five games for Shakhtar in all tournaments, which scored three goals.
