Defender Manchester City Benjamin Mendy intends to win a place in the start of the "townspeople".

Mendi praised his shifters Fabian Delph and Alexander Zinchenko, but wants to return the seat at the base.

Benjamin in the match against Swansea (5: 0) returned to the field after a seven-month absence due to a rupture of the cruciate ligaments of the knee.

While there was no Mendy, the nominal midfielder Fabian Delph worked well in his place, and when he was injured he is another midfielder, Alexander Zinchenko.

"I have not played for a very long time, but I worked hard every day," said Mendy.

"I know that with such injuries you can not rush and you need to work. But seven months have passed and I am strong ".
