The management of the "Gunners" is trying to decide on the replacement of the head coach Arsene Wenger.

At the end of the season, the French specialist will leave Arsenal, and at the moment it is not known who will be his successor.

As reported by Sky Sports, the leadership of Londoners are continuing discussions on this topic. According to the publication, the executive director of the "Gunners" Ivan Gazidis wants to appoint to the post of head coach Mikel Arteta, who currently works as an assistant to Josep Guardiola in Manchester City.

At the same time, other representatives of the leadership of the Arsenal support other candidates. For example, the sports director of the club Raul Sanlehi wants to see Luis Enrique as the coach, and the head of the scout service Sven Mislintat looks at the Hoffenheim coach Julian Negelsmann and mentor Schalke Domeniko Tedesco.

Earlier it was reported that in the summer transfer window Arsenal will be ready to spend on transfers 50 million pounds.
