Striker Neimar will not be able to leave PSG before the expiration of the contract, unless Parisians want to sell it.
The media reported that in the contract Neimar registered klausula in 300 million euros. However, the Professional Football League of France (LFP) denied the possibility of such an item.
According to the rules of the LFP, clubs are prohibited from including clausul in players' contracts.
"Clubs can not sign an agreement in which there is a provision on violation of contractual relations by one or both parties. The possibility of a unilateral rupture of the contract is excluded, "- said in the league commentary for the publication of L'Equipe.
Rumors persistently propose to Neimar the transfer to Real Madrid, but the transfer will take place only if the leadership of PSG agrees to sell the player.
Earlier, the club has repeatedly stated that it does not intend to part with the Brazilian.
Neimar moved to PSG last summer from Barcelona for 222 million pounds - this was his clausula in Spain.
Since the end of February, the Brazilian has not played because of a metatarsal bone fracture. Prior to that time, he had played 30 games for Parisians in all tournaments, with 29 goals and 19 assists.
It is expected that Neimar will return to the field in the third decade of May.
