In the return quarterfinal match of the Champions League, Liverpool again beat Manchester City (2: 1, 3-0 at home), getting a ticket to the semifinals of the tournament.

Already in the 2nd minute of the match, the goal of Gabriel Jesus presented the fans of the "townspeople" with a hope for a goat, but Liverpool showed character and "did not swim" at such an important moment.

"City - a good team that created a lot of pressure on us," said Milner.

"The first goal woke us up".

"The fact that we have withstood further pressure in the first half, says a lot about the guys".

Earlier, the victory over City commented on the head coach of the "red" Jurgen Klopp.
