Players Panathinaikos did not show up for training on Monday, reports sdna. gr.

The reason for the boycott was the debts of the club on wages. Earlier players received a salary for October and a promise to pay 30% of salary for December, but they never saw this money.

According to Live Sport, players will play the four remaining matches, the boycott extends solely to training.

The owner of the club, Yannis Alafuzos, does not intend to do anything until the team secures himself from relegation.

Recently with Panathinaikos three points have been lifted for debts of almost half a million euros before the ex-defender of the team Jens Wemmer.

Now the "green" occupy the 11th place, ahead of the relegation zone by 8 points.
