Police of Greater Manchester announced the detention of eight people for various offenses.
After the Manchester derby, during which Manchester United managed to win back two goals and beat fellow countrymen from the City - 3: 2, there were riots in the city.
According to the police, clashes broke out in the streets between the fans of both teams, who flung each other and in the windows of the road signs and other objects that turned up under the arm. There were no casualties, but eight people were arrested.
Also reported on minor offenses: pocket theft, attempts to sell fake tickets and infiltrate the stands in defiance of the previously imposed prohibitions.
