According to Sky Sport, club doctors are not sure that he will be able to play against Fiorentina on Saturday or in the return match against "blaugranas" on Tuesday.
They hope that Under will return to the field in the derby against Lazio, which will be held on April 15.
In the current season, Under held 24 matches for Roma in all the tournaments, in which he scored six goals and gave one assists.
