The owner of PAOK Ivan Savvidi, who ran out on the field with a pistol during the match against AEK, was fined 100 thousand euros and received a three-year ban on visiting stadiums.

Ivan Savvidi, who shocked the world football community, appeared on the field during a match between PAOK and AEK with a gun, was fined 100 thousand euros. In addition, the owner and president of the club from Thessalonica for three years is prohibited from appearing in stadiums.



Savvidi was facing a much more serious punishment, but the former deputy of the Russian state Duma quickly demonstrated sincere repentance and apologized for his deed. At the same time, PAOK fans supported Ivan Savvidi, calling him a fighter against corruption in Greek football.

Did not escape punishment and PAOK, from which the leadership of the Greek league withdrew three points and fined 63 thousand euros.
