Forward with such a track record is simply obligated as quickly as possible to gain the best conditions and fit into the game ensemble of "sailors", the more among the rivals of Odessa, for natural reasons, there will be no grandees. Therefore, Alexander's baggage may well be enough for his new club to keep his residence among the elite.

Motivation Apparently, the transition of Gladky to Chernomorets is exactly the case when such a turn of events is beneficial to both parties. "Sailors" sleep and see how to stay in the class of the strongest, and certainly count on real and effective help in this matter from the 30-year-old striker. The motivation of the player is much more obvious. Alexander has not shown for a long time those qualities for which he once received an invitation from a modest FC Kharkov to the camp of Shakhtar himself. For a long time it was, we were already overgrown ... It is unlikely that anyone will dispute that, according to its potential, Gladky can (and must!) Knock on the doors of the Ukrainian national team. This is especially timely now that Andrei Shevchenko simply needs a strong striker. The forward, who took in the new club 24 game number (not otherwise, in honor of his birthday) does not hide his desire to return to the former level, and in this sense moving to the Black Sea coast has all the chances to become a catalyst for the successful reboot of Alexander's career. For everything about the player only two months, so it is necessary to give the result from the first matches. The mood for these fights for the striker will certainly be at the level of prohibitive indicators, but only this very mood does not always bring the desired effect. Goals are needed here and now ... Minuses Let's try to abstract from the emotional component inherent in such transitions. Yes, the player is trying to get his name back to the football sky, but there are a number of constraints on this score. So, for example, Alexander's experience can serve him not only with good service. In the case of a successful alliance, the forward and the club Gladky has a very real chance not only to fully regain the status of the star of Ukrainian football, but also to count on a call from Andrei Shevchenko. It is possible that in this case the player will continue to work with Chernomorets, whose game will finally play in much more vivid colors. Odessa fans are already waiting for their favorites from the best results. And Alexander himself now, more than ever, needs a springboard for further self-realization. And there, you see, and for a new challenge in a career it will not be.
