23-year-old player drew the attention of Londoners who intend to strengthen their own center of the field next summer.

As reported by the Portuguese edition of A Bola, Tottenham made Fernandez one of his priority transfer goals, but the clausula player of 100 million euros is for the "spurs" too high.

According to the source, the president of Tottenham, Daniel Levy intends to hold talks with the bosses of the Portuguese club, in order to reduce the transfer value of Bruno.
